I’ve noticed that feminists has been a bad word on internet. Some people are even ashamed to call themselves feminists despite their progressive views.
Do a lot of people really have problem with the idea of gender equality? Or they have problems with certain people who claim to be feminists and do shits? If so, what are those shits that caused this stereotype?
I’m an old cis male & I’m a feminist. I think the “right” has always hated feminism. A lot of defeatist Gen Z males have found feminists to be handy scapegoats.
It’s actually a bit worse than how millenials scapegoat boomers.
