We have received this email. We are wondering if this is even legal to do.
Dear HOA members,
We are writing to inform you of a new policy that will affect the process of moving into our community. Moving forward, we plan to conduct interviews for anyone who wants to buy or rent a property in our neighborhood. This policy is intended to ensure that our community remains safe, harmonious and respectful of our values and rules.
The interviews will be conducted by board members, who will ask questions about the prospective residents’ background, lifestyle, preferences and expectations. The interviews will last about 15 minutes and will be scheduled at least three days in advance.
