Got this letter in the mail from a disgruntled neighbor about current HOA leadership in a new subdivision neighborhood that is still partially under construction. Can’t wait to see how this turns out at the next HOA meeting 👀👀

Owners Association (HOA) News A new HOA representative is needed. Contact with your nomination. There is an upcoming HOA meeting on October where issues and nominations can be discussed.

The current representative spends her time complaining about the quality of construction in the neighborhood, constantly assessing everyone’s property for ‘issues’ and then gossiping about the ‘issues’ she finds.

Do you live in the fishbowl? Below is what the current HOA representative calls the ‘Fishbowl’ and the Fishbowl dwellers:

All of the following ‘issues’ are frequent gossip items: Do you have multiple cars parked in your driveway or on the street Do you have a container for dog poop stored outside Do you have a trampoline Do you have bad’ grass Do you have a hot tub Do you have stepping stones She also publicly speculates about which neighbor is responsible for the ‘Biden Lies’ graffiti.

We need a HOA representative who spends their time helping to make the neighborhood better rather than one who talks bad about the neighborhood and spreading racist gossip.
