As much as I hate to admit it, I ended up crashing my first ever escooter on day one of having it. The scooter was fine, my face and leg wasn’t so lucky though. Thankfully, nothing broke, face healed quite well, leg took some more time to heal, but it too ended up fine as well.

My thought process was that “hey, look how well I can drive it, I’m a natural, surely I won’t crash”. How dumb of me.

I now have bought an overkill full face motorcycle helmet, pads for knuckles and kneecaps, and later on will get a full on vest with padding all over it.
