in the final episode of future, just watch white’s facial expressions and movements, when she tries to connect with Steven she gets knocked down and looks terrifies before saying “That isn’t Steven anymore” later in the same episode during the hug she just nervously walks up and barely gets too close to him, not to mention after the episode where Steven did nearly kill her. I honestly think white is terrified of Steven, and showing Steven literally void the abilities of who is essentially a deity for as far as we know is freaking terrifying.
