I’m an RN with 23+ yrs of experience, 18 in the ED. Just moved to Tucson almost 2 yrs ago. Wanting input into the best ED in Tucson for an RN to work. I’m currently at NW (owned and “operated” by CHS). Been there only 2 months and I’m already bailing. I’ve worked in the worst of the worst in Baltimore City and the nursing issues were tolerable… Will appreciate any input!
