We’ve all heard of commanders like [[Krenko]], [[Kaalia]], [[Yuriko]] - who are well known to be very strong, kill on sight commanders. What commanders slip under the radar but you are convinced are incredibly powerful? Bonus points if they don’t require a high budget to perform.

I’ll start. [[Jonathan Harker]] has been incredible for me, and I win at least 8/10 games after flipping him. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve countered 2 removal spells on turn 5 and then flipped him into a big Eldrazi or [[Expropriate]] turn or similar and locked out or ended the game. My rather unoptimized list still works very well:
