My HOA asked for an address update, I sent it, and they never updated the address. They sent me a notice in the mail for overdue payments that I never received notice of. Apparently they increased the HOA fees AFTER the board agreed and posted the amount. They also NEVER MAILED ANYTHING OUT ABOUT THIS INCREASE?!

On top of that, they seemed to have my address perfectly fine when sending this payment notice, but not when they set the increase in place?

How is this okay?!
