My (27M) wife’s (25F) brother (29M) won’t move out

It all started the night my BIL was kicked out by his soon to be ex wife, because he cheated on her with the nanny (I know classic). Since he’s family my wife decided to let him stay with us until his situation was sorted. It’s been 6 weeks, and he’s still living here. He shows no signs of leaving. Maybe it’s because my wife (his sister) does his laundry, cooks, and cleans his room for him. He doesn’t contribute financially, because he claims his soon to be ex wife has complete control of his finances. Now he’s started to bring his affair mistress the nanny to our house. It’s not that having him around is a financial strain on us, but the man has never offered to pay for anything. Last Sunday I found out my BIL took my sports car out without asking. I was livid, but kept my cool due to my wife asking me to. My wife sees no issues with this when ever I bring it up to her. She keeps telling me he’s family, and we have to be there for him in this tough time. My wife is currently 6 months pregnant with our 3rd child. I don’t want to stress her out anymore about this. I don’t hate the guy, I just don’t like living with him. Do I confront BIL directly and risk upsetting wife ? What if after I confront him he doesn’t leave? Then it’s just awkward in my house.
