What’s a good article to read about creating art (laser engravings) that is inspired by another artist’s work and IP characters? I have seen fan art sold on T-shirts and prints. If the artist doesn’t use the copyrighted name, they can sell things without that name or trademark acknowledgement. is that a normal practice? This will be in an ebay store and if I have time, I’ll open an etsy store.
