A guy I work with, Fred, usually works in the office with me. I can give him messages in real time and that’s that.

Recently he has been out in the field and I have been writing on post it notes for each individual item that needs his attention. He stopped by real quick saw the colorful notes and asked that I write them all on a page so it’s all neat on one spot.

I didn’t want to rewrite everything so I nicely place the post it’s on a piece of paper and guess what? They all fit nicely on the sheet!
