Hello all, i need you advises and suggestion for what i am planning to do with my project.

i’ve been using HA with bulk of plugins and setups at home for more than a year and i am very happy and satisfied with it, now i am planning to have similar setup at my off grid 4x4 vehicle as follows:

first i do have a 4x4 vehicle using it for remote destinations and sometimes with no cellular coverage, and i would like to run HA over Raspberry pi due to the size, but not sure how to plan it correctly.

1-powering the raspberry, should it be through 5v usb? or using a power supply over the dc ac inverter.

2-integrating victron mppt solar charge controller (the integration is available and tested by other users)

3-Mopeka gas tank sensor

4-Mopeka water level sensor

5-temperature and humidity sensor (xiaomi)

6-the challenge with my power inverter ac-dc, its a local brand manufactured by Chinese company of course, and runs over bluetooth to monitor loads, temperature, battery power etc, over the mobile app, not sure how i can integrate this and monitor it over home-assistant to register data in history, can something along with MQTT support in this? or solar assistant? not very sure

7-i do have couple of 12v devices and lights plugged in directly to the main vehicle battery, i will switch them to my new 12V 72AH lithium ion battery which will power all the auxiliaries outlets and electrical ports, how can i control side lights, roof aux lights, side lights, water pump or any other 12v outlet through homeassistant? i though about shelly 1 using the 12v function, will that be the best way to do?

8- and final, should i have a wifi network? even if no cellular coverage i can run (almost) all the mentioned above locally without internet access as long wifi signal is there, or there is a better way to do so?

Thank you!
