Hi everyone…I have new French colleague in my department.

I am just confused by his behaviour in general and would appreciate some insights…

I catch him looking at me sometimes. He tries to initiate a conversation usually, even casually touches my arm. I chalked it up to him being French. But today while saying goodbye he like winked at me multiple times… is that just a normal French gesture ?
