Drawboard’s actions still infuriate me to this day. I had paid to own this App, which was AMAZING. it made my surface experience what it was. And then they literally took back the functionality I had paid for and covered their app in ads and locked out functionality for an overpriced premium SUBSCRIPTION. It’s completely unacceptable and unethical behavior, and /u/alistairdrawboard/ should be ashamed of himself.

Not just unethical… this is actually illegal… if not theft then at least breach of contract, but nobody is going to sue so dude just thinks he can get away with it.

Do report it per this thread and maybe Microsoft can take action: Drawboard PDF removed paid functionality and deserves to be censured in the Microsoft Store : Surface (reddit.com)
