If you want to exclude free games, go for it. People can grab their own free stuff.

If you want to limit it to being able to gift items to people in your friends list, go for it. Why would anyone gift paid items to total randoms??

The Wishlist feature is totally pointless without it. I can’t buy games for my friends for their birthdays or if they can’t afford it or are on the fence about a game.

This has been requested for 4 years and promised for at least 3… Where is it? Why is it not a feature yet?
