We own 200 ish acres in the north east US. I’m working on fixing up an old off grid cabin on the back of the property but every year I get the same guy hunting and trespassing. He has threatened violence against me, told me if I call the cops he will call the ATF and red flag law me and say in building machine guns and explosives. ( I’m clearly not ) however I’m not looking to have my door kicked in at 2 am. This person has a not great background and has nothing to loose. I’ve pushed him back to a far corner of the property but I’d still like to get him off of there and be able to enjoy my property with out fear of retaliation
