Hey all, I work in an independent brewery venue (brewery elsewhere) that does woodfired pizza and our own beer.

We have had a huge drop in passing trade/walk-ins the past month or two mainly due to the town being seasonal in trade and weather getting worse.

We are running some themed nights such as food and a drink, quiz nights, board game nights, mussel and wine nights etc. I’m not part of management but wanted to ask reddit for suggestions of how to drum up some more business in these quiet periods.

We make our own beer, have nice food and to keep staff hours up we need to draw more custom.

As I said, it isn’t my venue but would be appreciated if anyone has some suggestions! I know we all struggle in hospitality from natural downturn in customer numbers.

Many thanks!
