I assist an elderly veteran in his home one time a week. He has asked that I go to lunch with him for Veteran’s Day, and of course I’d love to! However, with scheduling conflicts with the company I work for, I am unable to see him Friday or Saturday. Does anyone know of any restaurants doing Veteran’s Day deals all week, or specifically Thursday? Looking in Loveland and Fort Collins. I see him Thursday and we’ve planned a lunch.

If there any that have veteran’s discounts that day, I’m going to just buy his meal myself, but since he won’t let me do that, I plan to pay secretly and ask the waitress to pretend it was free or something.

Any suggestions?
