Hey, I’ve just arrived in Newcastle and I’ve been checking for a few places to stay.

This particular room , the landlord wants £750 since it’s for a couple but the kitchen and bathrooms have to be shared with other tenants . I tried to negotiate to at least £700 but he won’t budge. I’m not too sure if I should go with it since I feel like we’d be paying too much. This is in NE4, around Arthur’s Hill.

Should I keep looking or is this reasonable?
