After four weeks of breaking my brain to figure out what I needed to do, and how to do it, I finally computed the combination to the hypergate. I have been playing this save for over two years (started in October of 2021) and it’s been one hell of a journey. I started out with only one vanilla save of ~40 hours under my belt and I have spent 15 times that here.

I still plan on finishing the spaceship victory as well, but this is the one time I get an end screen so I felt like posting this. I’ll also probably do a full write-up with screenshots of my bases once that is done, but for now, I’ll just leave links to some things that I used to complete the hypergate victory:

The jupyter notebook contains both some trial and error and the code I actually used to compute the solution. Also, desmos 3d was the primary visualization tool used since mathematica was terrible for actually looking at the 3d representation of the vectors, but unfortunately, I forgot to save the workbook after I computed the final combination.
