So my actual work is very laid back, and easy. The pay is also pretty well, and the schedule cannot be beat. I have one issue, and it’s the co workers.

It’s all women, and there is a very catty competitive vibe. There is one woman who is the “ring leader”, and being a silent listener I’ve heard her bad mouth every single co worker, and the boss to everyone else. Another co worker will loudly point out whenever someone makes a mistake and of course let the boss know. The ring leader is the biggest issue though and has made racist remarks, and has the personality where she will raise hell if she does not get her way. The boss is very meek and will give her her way 90% of the time, and some of the things the ring leader wants make everyone else’s job harder, but the boss will give in to make the ring leader happy.

It’s getting to be a lot to handle, and I’m really just wanting to quit, but I’m afraid I will never find a job this easy, with this pay and schedule again.
