Ok don’t roast me and I can honest say I AM ASKING FOR a friend.
Friend was stopped by police traffic stop and while digging through her hand bag for license out popped a very small bag of weed.
The police didn’t charge her but issued a ‘cannabis intervention order’ which is no fine or charge but you must complete a councilling session within 30 days which they nominated to be at next step.
Hers is coming up in few days and she is mega stressed over what to expect or what is fed back to police from the session.
Just for background we’re talking middle aged women with no criminal record or even a demerit point. She does how ever have the occasional smoke of weed.
She doesn’t know what to say at interview or if it’s just a listen and nod.
Please primarily those who have had to do this can you give some info on what to expect ?
Edit : they did swab test her after seeing the weed and it was negative so she wasn’t drug driving
