I’ve started working as a software engineer at level 59 at Microsoft this year. It’s only been a few months but I already want to switch my team. I don’t really like my manager, the product I’m working on, and most importantly my work location. It feels like I’m wasting my time here.

I want to know how feasible it is to be able to switch your team at Microsoft. Is just applying to a bunch of job openings on the job portal with my Microsoft account enough? Coz I don’t have any connections currently.
