Don’t want to be to enthusiastic about this, and not saying this is « it » but it seems to be eerily similar to what 4chan guy referred to in some of his answers if i’m not mistaken.

Some sort of universal « coating » that would provide some of the crafts « capabilities » in the piece the main ability of this coating is to provide some sort of « form memory » to any material that it coats.

Which kind of also matches some (many) testimony from various people that have encounter « UAP/UFO debris »
