I dug up my old watch, and was disappointed to see just how invasive the Samsung presence is. I see that Pine has open-source options, as well as AsteroidOS, but neither of those support the Samsung devices. Also important to know, the OS that these watches use is called Tizen OS, which is advertised as open-source, but I haven’t found any options for my hardware. Would suck if that hardware went to waste.
