After T/X killed free access to their API by 3rd parties, there was a tweak to Twidere account setup to make it use iPad or Mac API credentials that worked. Link to the tweak details. Sadly, since yesterday it seems those too stopped working.

Anyone know what changed, or have ideas on other API credentials that might work?

I mean Twidere having my the ability to accept API key settings is a great feature that probably can be used to revive the app instead of it going to waste.

I have Squwaker, which doesn’t even require an account, and even though it stops working from time to time, the Dev is active and comes up with brilliant solutions to keep it working.
