There aren’t too many packs that include trading materials for currency as part of their gameplay so let’s collate them! Please suggest in the comments any trading-focused packs you’ve loved and I’ll add them.
- Golem Factory (1.6.4): Very light, quick modpack that has you progressively building more elaborate automation systems to feed resources into a trading system. First clever use of questing mods to facilitate a trading system AFAIK.
- The Ferret Business (1.7.10): Entirely based around producing resources and sending them back to a home planet in exchange for $$$.
- Minecraft Millionaire (1.7.10): Similar to Ferret Business; send resources home for profit.
- Farming Valley (1.10.2): Like Stardew Valley, you sell resources and use the proceeds to upgrade your gear, NPCs and buildings.
- MC Eternal (1.12.2): Massive pack that happens to include a market/trading system.
- Minecraft Trillionaire (1.12.1): Sequel to Minecraft Millionaire.
- Create: Above & Beyond (1.16.5): Automation-based pack that includes buying and selling resources as a potential part of machines.
- Cabricality (1.18.2): More modern C:A&B
- CABIN (1.18.2): Another modern C:A&B
- Create: Prepare to Dye (1.19.2): Create + Botania based pack which has you fulfilling contracts.
- Mechanical Mastery (1.18.2): Uses ProjectE’s EMC essentially as currency.
