If you’re looking for ways to migrate away from OwnCube, stay away from Cloudamo.

In fact, just stay away from Cloudamo, period.

OwnCube is a two-person company from Austria that recently lost its customers’ data. Even customers who were paying for a separate backup service lost data, because the backups were on the same drives as all the rest of the system… Yesterday OwnCube suddenly announced that they’re shutting down their servers on 17th of February - not giving even two weeks notice.

Cloudamo is the very same company which is trying to capture some users escaping from OwnCube. They have the same web interface and the same legal documents: in Cloudamo’s Privacy Policy you can see references to Austrian law, even though they’re supposedly from Switzerland, and there’s even OwnCube’s address:
