I came across this specific document (letter) through the Anon File share that was posted here in the SR about 2 weeks ago. Link below. I wanted to post this doc for 3 main reasons.

  1. To generally re-share the previous Anon post for anyone who missed it and enjoys sifting through a well organized file share (MEGA-file hosting/cloud storage) containing lots of rare/older UAP/UFOLOGY content (Videos and documents). Head’s up to experts, a lot has been collected from Black Vault, but there are some goodies in there.
  2. To ask the Expert Ufologists or any researcher well versed in the government’s history with UFO/UAP, the following:
    1. Who could this be to/from? The letter/doc does reference a “Mr. Cooper” (Is this the Pale Horse’s William Milton Cooper?)
    2. What are your thoughts on this document, relevancy/legitmacy ect. Any general input is appreciated.
  3. To of course share with anyone/everyone interested in the topic and hear your thoughts on it while we bide our time until the hearings.
