I received my neighbor’s mail a while ago, so I thought I would be nice and directly give it to her. She thanked me, but said I should take it to the post master to re-deliver. Today her package ended up in my mailbox. So I took it to the post office near work, which is a few towns over. Not something huge, but going to the furthest one away within reason felt very petty.
