Wearing a wrist strap to ground is dangerous. Imagine you’re balls deep slotting RAM and a bear breaks down your door and you go to run and WHAP!! You’re flung back at the bear because SURPRISE you were connected to a fckn rope.

But now say I am putting a PC together and a bear breaks down the door and INSTEAD OF BEING RAGDOLLED like an idiot I can turn and, being covered in capacitors I am immune to bear bites. It’s like a shark cage but for bears and nothing like a cage.
