Now a days it feels like I need to install apps for almost every single company I do business with, and as consequence my app drawer is unmanageable, it takes me tens of seconds to find any app I’m looking for. So I’m looking for a launcher that allows me to organize the app drawer in categories, any suggestions?

Preferably something not based on folders, pages, or tabs, I would rather just scroll trough all my apps like in the vanilla Android launcher, but in “category order” instead of alphabetical order. But if folders or tabs are the only options then it will do.
