I have just updated VisibleIsland to version 2.0, sorry for the long wait. This update comes with various big new features I think most people will be pretty excited about.
Release notes:
New features:
- Added new options to customize the color of the Dynamic Island
- Added a new option to hide the island outline
- Added a new option to customize the scale of the Dynamic Island
- Added a new option to set a custom transparency for the Dynamic Island
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug where the Dynamic Island would flicker and shake when “hide when not in use” is enabled
This isn’t perfect, unfortunately theres still an issue I need to fix soon, which is that there’s a black rectangle around some Dynamic Island UI elements such as timers or the FaceID Unlock glyph when using a custom color and/or transparency. That will be fixed soon (hopefully). And the red status bar bus still persists on iPhone 11 and XR, but that’ll be fixed in the next update (very soon) as I bought an iPhone XR that arrives Monday.
My repo now works on rootless, so Dopamine 2.0 users can just update directly from my repo.
