My Joplin has been acting up lately so I made the snap decision to uninstall it. My guess was that my notes would (maybe) be stored in a cache, but it appears that is not the case.

A data backup didn’t work, much to my chagrin. Is there a way for me to get this data back, or is it lost forever?
