I bought the Ayaneo 2s and on the first day there was an audio problem. I contacted them to return it, but the saga started there. Initially, I asked to return the Ayaneo, but they stalled, suggesting I replace the part. I didn’t want to risk it and, after insisting, they accepted the return. Then, they said they couldn’t pick it up in Brazil, so they said I would have to send it myself and of course I didn’t want to spend more money on something that wasn’t cheap.

A little over 1 month of waiting and little communication, I ended up agreeing to send the sound part for replacement at my expense. They promised to send it after Chinese New Year, but they didn’t deliver. Now, they came back with the idea of going to Brazil, even though I no longer insisted. It appears that they do not have an efficient follow-up system or simply do not care about customers. Responses were scarce and slow, only once a day at the end of the working day.

This serves as a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing Ayaneo products. The after-sales experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

Please take my experience into consideration before deciding to purchase.
