Just wanted to see another post on the front page echoing the others. This company’s support is truly abysmal. The time between e-mail replies is a joke, and the replies you may get all seem to be working from different scripts. The lack of ability to buy simple replacement parts, like a battery (which is a consumable part), is baffling.

I had assumed that their company support would be OK as I am in China, but if anything it’s worse. I’ve never encountered a company so incapable of providing basic support.

If you are thinking about buying an Ayaneo. Don’t. The competitors offer better support, and with the bigger names all entering play now, there’s no reason to take the risk here.

For the canned response that the company account might give. It is not good enough to acknowledge that your support is not good enough, without saying how it will be improved. Look at the posts and comments on this subreddit, and look at the replies to YouTube videos. The overall opinion of Ayaneo is definitely more in to the negative now, and that’s a very dangerous place to be for a small company.
