I needed a new, proper laptop after I got my Steam deck to replace my gaming laptop. I got an iPad as a gift in 2018, but I hardly ever used it; whenever I wanted to use it, the battery would be dead because I did not use it for weeks or months, mainly because I used my phone and my laptop for movies and browsing the web.

So I went to Best Buy for a new laptop, and I remembered that I always wanted a Surface Pro as a kid. So, I traded my iPad for $90 and bought the Surface Pro 9, which was $400 off, and I use it all the time.

I mainly use it for movies, web browsing, writing Word documents, and reading graphic novels, and it all looks fantastic on the 13-inch screen. However, most people argue that an iPad is better for those purposes, but having a tablet running Windows 11 feels so much better, and yeah, I do use it as a tablet most of the time.

It is hard to hold, but using Windows 11 with a touch screen feels natural and easy. Although the battery can drain pretty quickly, it does charge fast.

This is one of the best PCs that I have ever had.
