Serious question, not a joke. Microsoft tried to make Windows on ARM for who knows how many years. First two surface tablets. Surface Pro X. Surface 9 on ARM. Now we are expecting Surface 10 in May with articles full of excitement about them. Yet every previous attempt was disasterous or at least dissapointing with mostly “avoid to buy” or “buy intel version” reviews. Why people suddenly are excited? What has changed? Why should it work this time?
