My neighbors hired Ziply to come put a line in for them. Ziply hired a third party who cut my line while installing my neighbors. I work from home and I’ve not had internet for over a week. I’ve had to work from my family’s home with my child not feeling well. Customer service told me I would need to hire my own locate to mark where to dig and they would fix the internet. Ziply then told me they would come out today and fix my internet. I still have no internet and I don’t know what else to do.
