Hi All, I see many posts about comparing base recipes. I have entered some of the well-recognized bases that are discussed in this sub into the ice cream calculator V4. I have attached a picture of my worksheet. As each person has unique taste and ingredient preferences, hopefully you find this helpful to choose a base . I was also thinking about adding in some sensory feedback from those of you who have tried more than one base. Happy for any corrections or additions. I don’t use PAC/POD so I am unable to catch mistakes, please let me know if they look weird to you.
