I have an MSI GS65… I have been distro-hopping to find a Linux distro that has WiFi compatibility with my WiFi driver. Intel AC-9560. My laptop seems to disconnect whenever I suspend/sleep.

I have tried Arch Linux and their fix on EndeavourOS and Manjaro borked on me… I’ve tried Fedora as well and Void Linux…

NixOS seems to be an independent distro so I think maybe I might be able to get WiFi working on there… I was also thinking of trying out Gentoo since you can build the kernel.

I also want to stop the distro-hopping habit too…so I think NixOS could keep me busy for a while. I want to learn Scripting, Linux Development, and Virtualization…
