Every other character with a blue wild assault has something to set up or manage. Characters with “setplay” like fausts items, bridgets yoyo or millias disk have blue. Characters with a resource to actively manage like happy chaos or aba get blue, baiken has tether to set up so she has blue, so why does elphelt? She seems like the outlier and like she would fall more in line with the red wild assault characters, but she’s got blue. Johnny is also weird because he has setplay with the cards, but he has red.
