This seems to be an extremely uncommon thing, since that’s the only example I can think of at the top of my head.

Does such an item add value to a movie you own, in your eyes? As someone who wouldn’t buy movies to begin with since there usually isn’t much re-watch value, I personally don’t feel this way.
