I recently found out that my younger brother in the 4th grade is being bullied by someone and his gang in the 10th grade (I’m in the 11th grade) i only found out when one of my friends told me they say some gang surrounding my brother

I went over to my brother after that but he denied it but I could tell he was shaken up

Eventually I pulled the truth out of him he confessed saying that ever since he accidentally dropped water on the leader because he tripped they have been bullying him relentlessly he said all this while bawling his eyes out

I dont want to get into what all they did to him because it’s absolutely malicious and I couldn’t believe someone would do that to a child let alone my own brother

Since I was a prefect I was allowed to immediately go to the principal and complain however he said that without evidence he wouldn’t be able to convict the criminal

My parents ts are currently away and they won’t be able to help out so I’m here on reddit asking you guys if i should take matters into my own hands or I should repost these guys to the police because of what they did i believe the police could take interest.

EDIT: I would just like to thanks everyone for their advice I’m planning on comforting them tomorrow and record a verbal confession from them then hopefully the principal will be able to step in and i won’t have to throw hands i will update you guys tomorrow 👍 Ps:The reason my parents aren’t able to help are because they are currently in the us working on a case (they’re execs of a law firm) so they’re not gonna be back for a few months atleast but if the matter doesn’t get resolved tomorrow they told me they will do everything they can to help
