I haven’t had the opportunity to play GG in a while given work and other games, but I main Goldie and remember him being considered good but not top tier last I played. Now that I’m looking at some of the newer tier lists, it seems like he’s shot up in the rankings. I love some behemoth typhoons so it’s cool to see him higher up, but I’m curious as to why he’s perceived as better nowadays?

I’m not amazing at the game or anything, but I do remember how his pressure is crazy once he’s going and white WA giving him some juice. Maybe it’s connected to that?
