Current CC users will most likely choose to use a CC over Nano for larger purchases unless Nano can (1) provide consumer protections, (2) hide transaction history and net worth, and (3) earn cashback rewards.
I don’t see that happening with Nano, or any crypto. That being said, Nano can still be successful even if it never replaces credit cards because there was room for debit cards, venmo, zelle, paypal, and many other payment methods to thrive alongside credit cards.
Also, there are some use cases that can only be satisfied by a feeless, and fast crypto like Nano. For example, tip bots, micro-transactions, and p2p transfers.
