  1. Each side is allowed their ideal army composition with full upgrades without being attacked until they max out.
  2. Each side would have a realistic economy and amount of production for a standard lategame situation (so that people can’t instantly and infinitely remax).
  3. Each side’s player has decent but not great micro (no gm-level prism juggling, marine splits, zergling splits to draw mines etc).
