Hi. So one multi-crypto wallet that I use is sunsetting Nano, therefore I decided to move it to another wallet, but its been days now and its not showing up. I am trying to understand why and what to do. The only thing I see that stands out on the new wallet is that the recipient shows ‘Representative offline’. Is this because I have nothing in the new wallet? Any advice.
