Hello Boise friends! This coming Saturday, May 4th I will be helping host a screening of the original Star Wars at the Idaho Film Society station in downtown Boise! This screening will be utilizing the fan made 35mm restoration known as “Project 4K77”. It is a preservation of the experience of seeing the film in 1977. It has NONE of the changes George Lucas made in the Special Editions. Not only that, but it looks incredible due to it being scanned, cleaned, color graded, and released in 4K. The screening is 100% FREE and popcorn and soda will also be provided free of charge. You are free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well! Hope to see you there! Details below!

Address: 1212 W Bannock St, Boise, ID 83702 (Old Greyhound Station)

Date: Saturday, May 4th 2024

Time: Doors open at 12:30pm. Screening starts at 1:00pm.
