I’ve been dealing with an obscure packet loss issue to a server for a few months now which I posted about here

John has been super helpful in troubleshooting and resolving this issue. It ended up not being any problem with Ziply’s network, but he still helped solve it anyway.

I can’t imagine getting help like this from another ISP on an obscure issue with a relatively low traffic server.
